So, Newgrounds is basically
EVERYTHING, by EVERYONE.
To use Newgrounds, you have to:
1. Make an account
2. If you want to upload a video, drawing, game, song, etc. click on the arrow thingie next to the PM (private message) button, and once you do, choose what you wanna upload, the red tab is the video tab, the blue tab is the game tab, the pink tab is the art tab, the purple tab is the dumping grounds tab, and the orange tab is the blog/news tab.
If you wanna follow someone, click the “follow” button next to the “message” button and you followed someone!
If you wanna message someone, click the “message” button.
Those are all the Basics of Newgrounds.

If you wanna do a lot of stuff on newgrounds, then the NG wiki is your best guide and its helpful for knowledge in order to get to know the site.

And you might wanna also check "The Expert's guide to NG", its like a "game" but you get to know more about ng culture and how to work with things and what not (do and donts)
